Hey, I'm Michael Hiley 👋🏼

The guy behind Purpose Driven Acts. I'm an artist and creative director living on the Gold Coast, here in Queensland, Australia. I built these tools for folks like us who are busy with work and family but still want to grow.

I have a deep history in User Experience design and am a strong advocate for using design to empower others. I’ve had the opportunity to learn and grow from a variety of challenges throughout my career... e-commerce platforms, mobile apps and internal tools.

Purpose Driven Acts is a project I've been working on for a long time and I'm really proud to share with the world. I've spent years studying what makes people genuinely thrive. Not just feel better temporarily, but create lasting change that ripples outward to touch everything they do. The research is fascinating, but what matters more is how it translates to your Monday morning.

I can't tell you what your purpose is—that's yours to discover. But I can share the frameworks, tools, and insights that help people find their way. And I can promise you this: the journey is worth it. Your story matters. Your contribution is needed. And the world becomes a little bit better when you show up as who you really are.
